New York Section Boundaries
NEW YORK SECTION comprises the southeastern part of the State of New York, including Long Island, and the
northern part of the State of New Jersey.
The northern boundary shall be a line starting from the junction
of the eastern line of the State of New York with the east west State lines of the States of Vermont and
Massachusetts, and extending southwest across the State of New York to a point 42 degrees North and 75
degrees West near the New York Pennsylvania State line.
The southern boundary, in the State of New Jersey, shall be a straight line at about 40.5 degrees North,
which is north of and does not include the City of Trenton. This boundary line shall extend east and west
from 40.5 degrees North to the east and west State boundaries of the State of New Jersey.
